Danica
Lam is an experienced civil litigator and handles cases from inception
to trial to post judgment relief. Presently, Danica focuses her
practice on actions involving commercial general and professional
liability, healthcare payor provider suits, healthcare appeals,
insurance coverage disputes, and labor and employment matters. Prior to
joining Cole Pedroza in 2018, Danica was senior counsel with LTL
Attorneys LLP where she represented corporate clients in complex
commercial matters and insurance actions. She has extensive experience
representing insurers in first party coverage and bad faith claims as
well as subsequent contribution, indemnity and reimbursement suits.
Danica
attended the University of Notre Dame on an academic scholarship and
earned her Bachelors in Political Science and Chinese Language and
Literature in 2006. She obtained her J.D. from the University of
California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009 where she was a member
of the Hastings Business Law Journal. Before graduating from Hastings,
she served as a summer associate at Baker & McKenzie (Manila), as a
judicial extern to the Hon. Soussan Bruguera and Hon. Gustavo Gomez of
the Los Angeles Superior Court, and as a law clerk with the California
Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.

is admitted to practice in California, and the United States District
Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
