Paul D. Kind

Paul specializes in employment litigation and appeals, and strives to handle all aspects of his cases with precision and expertise.  He has successfully represented major national employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, pay equity, and wage-and-hour violations.

 

Before joining Cole Pedroza LLP, Paul gained valuable experience as an associate at Paul Hastings and GBG LLP in Los Angeles.  Additionally, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen R. Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to R. Gary Klausner of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

 

Paul earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he distinguished himself as a Fritz B. Burns Scholar and graduated Order of the Coif.  During his time there, he served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and received recognition for authoring the best published comment. Paul holds a B.A. in Religion & Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he was honored with the Servant Leader Award.

 

Paul is admitted to practice law in California and in various United States District Courts in California.
